By accessing and using this website, any person, acting on their own behalf or as a representative of another entity, recognises that they have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions and the Data Protection Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Access to the content of the www.electromedica.com<\/a> website presupposes knowledge of the legislation in force regarding medical devices, in particular the discipline established in articles 45 and 46 of Decree-Law no. 145\/2009 of 17 June.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy may be amended at any time and without prior notice by decision of Ezequiel Pan\u00e3o Jorge Lda and\/or Epjm\u00e9dica – Artigos M\u00e9dicos e Hospitalares Lda, in this document jointly referred to as “companies”.<\/span><\/p>\n

Changes are considered to be effective from the moment they are published on the website. Access to and use of the website by the user after the changes have been made will be considered a clear and unequivocal sign that the user has read, understood and accepted the amended Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. <\/span><\/p>\n

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all products marketed on the website by the companies.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Acceptance of Registration<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

All registrations are validated automatically.<\/span><\/p>\n

The companies reserve the right to reject and\/or cancel any registration without prior notice.<\/span><\/p>\n

Registration data is kept for the necessary period or until the user exercises one of the rights provided for in the Data Protection Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Product availability<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

All the items shown on www.electromedica.com<\/a> are available to order while stocks last or while the suppliers manufacture the item.<\/span><\/p>\n

If an item ordered is not in stock at the companies or suppliers or is no longer produced by the manufacturer, the customer will be informed of this by e-mail and the companies cannot be held liable.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Catalogues<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The catalogues available at <\/span>www.electromedica.com<\/span><\/a> are the property of the brands or companies, so no images, technical data or other information contained therein should be reproduced without the authorisation of the brand and\/or the companies.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The information provided in the brands’ catalogues is the property of the brands themselves and is not provided by the companies and is therefore not binding on them.<\/span><\/p>\n

Catalogues are valid until a new version is published.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Prices<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

All prices quoted include VAT at the legal rate in force.<\/span><\/p>\n

The prices shown always refer to the unit of sale of the item.<\/span><\/p>\n

The companies reserve the right to change the prices of items, current campaigns and shipping costs at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Orders<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

By placing an order, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood and unreservedly accepted these general terms and conditions of sale.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once payment has been confirmed by the companies, the order will be processed and prepared for dispatch within a maximum of 24 working hours.<\/span><\/p>\n

Companies cannot guarantee the availability of items until the order has been processed.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Payment terms<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Payment must be made by bank transfer or deposit to the IBAN or account indicated on the website.<\/span><\/p>\n

Payment must be made within 3 (three) days or the order will be cancelled.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Delivery Conditions<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The estimated delivery time for our products in stock is between 48 and 72 working hours.<\/span><\/p>\n

For units to be imported, the delivery time varies between 10 and 45 working days.<\/span><\/p>\n

Companies cannot be held responsible for delays or shortages in the supply of products when this is the result of force majeure or fortuitous events to which they have not contributed or in situations of official determination, strikes, transport interruptions, distribution difficulties or product shortages.<\/span><\/p>\n

If any non-conformity is detected in the delivery of the parcel, it must be mentioned on the delivery note or, if necessary, returned at the time of delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Transporte<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Orders are transported and delivered by courier, with the customer bearing the cost of transport.<\/span><\/p>\n

9. Guarantees<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The equipment supplied by the sellers is guaranteed to work for a period of 2 (two) years.<\/span><\/p>\n

The warranty period begins on the invoice date.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cables, electrodes, single-use material and other consumables that suffer natural wear and tear or are subject to misuse are excluded from the guarantee.<\/span><\/p>\n

For batteries, the manufacturer’s warranty, if any, will be respected.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any necessary travelling expenses are borne by the Customer, including return costs.<\/span><\/p>\n

To benefit from the guarantee, the Customer must keep the invoice as proof of purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

10. Merchandise returns and claims<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Buyers via the website have the right to freely withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, under the terms and conditions laid down in Decree-Law no. 24\/2014, of 14 February.<\/span><\/p>\n

The shipping costs of the items to be returned must be borne by the customer, unless there is proof of damage to the material delivered for which the companies are responsible<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Returns of items will not be accepted:<\/span><\/p>\n

– personalised (colour, size or other customisable features); <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– produced and\/or made available in accordance with the Customer’s specifications;<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– expiring;<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– single-use and sterilised, unless the product states that they can be returned.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
